1. Whose guarantee this is
The 60-day money-back guarantee on SodaFit is offered and honoured by the merchant that sells it. sodafeit.com cannot issue, approve or influence a refund. This page sets out how the guarantee is described so you know what to ask for and who to ask.
2. The window, and the condition inside it
Sixty days, counted from the purchase date — not from delivery, and not from the day you open a bottle. The seller also asks for at least thirty days of consistent use before you evaluate the product.
Put those two together and diarise it. Thirty days of use, honoured in good faith, leaves roughly thirty days to decide and claim. That is still a fair window — but it is a month, not two, and it starts the day you order rather than the day the parcel lands. One bottle is thirty servings, so two bottles is the only pack that finishes inside it; three outlasts it by a month and six by four months.
3. How to claim
- Find the order confirmation email and note the order number.
- Write to the support address printed on it, inside the window.
- Put the order number in the subject line.
- Say clearly that you are requesting a refund under the money-back guarantee.
- Keep the reply and the whole thread.
4. What to check before you buy
Two details are the merchant's to set, and they are the two people most often miss: whether bottles — including empty ones — must be returned, and whether original or return shipping is refunded. Both are stated on the checkout page. Read them there rather than relying on any description, including this one.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further three to ten business days to show it. If a refund is approved and has not appeared after that, reply on the same email thread.
6. If a claim is refused
Escalate with the merchant first, in writing, on the original thread. If that fails, your payment provider's dispute process is the next step. We have no authority in either process, but if a merchant is refusing valid claims we want to know: [email protected].
7. The bonus guides
The six digital guides included with the 3 and 6-bottle packs are downloads. They are normally yours to keep on a refund, but that is the merchant's call rather than ours — and since we quote no dollar value for them, nothing about them should influence the decision.
8. Bought elsewhere?
Bottles purchased through a third-party marketplace sit outside the manufacturer's guarantee. That is the merchant's rule rather than ours, and it is the practical reason to order from the official checkout.
