1. We do not ship anything
sodafeit.com holds no inventory and dispatches no parcels. This page explains how shipping normally works for orders placed through the merchant, so you know what to expect and who to ask. It is informational; the merchant's own terms, shown at checkout, are the ones that bind.
2. Who ships
The merchant that processes your payment arranges fulfilment from a US facility. The carton names Gex Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 as the distributor. Your order confirmation email carries the support address to use.
3. Shipping cost
- 2 bottles — shipping shown at checkout.
- 3 bottles — free US shipping.
- 6 bottles — free US shipping.
That arrangement is the merchant's to change, and the figure shown at checkout is the figure you pay.
4. Typical timings
Orders are usually picked within one to two business days. Domestic US delivery commonly runs about five to seven business days from dispatch; international orders take longer and vary widely by destination. Weekends, public holidays and promotional periods add time.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves. If it has not arrived within a few days of dispatch, check the spam folder first, then write to the merchant's support address with your order number.
6. Storage when it arrives
The carton says to keep the bottle away from heat, light and humidity to preserve freshness, and not to use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Both are worth checking on the doorstep.
7. Customs and import charges
International orders may attract duty, tax or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by your own country and are payable by you. Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements; checking before ordering is worth the five minutes.
8. Wrong, missing or damaged
Contact the merchant, not us, within a reasonable time of delivery. Photograph the parcel and the contents before unpacking further — it makes the claim straightforward.
